Abstract
The Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits inEurope (WOCSDICE) has been organized in Europe since the 7"0 s, supported byONRG.The aim of the 41st WOCSDICE is to bring together internationally recognizedresearchers, young scientists a""nd engineers, to present state-of-the-art researchfindings in the areas of compound semiconductors devices and integratedcircuits."The idea is to address new results in short presentations in order to initiate anintensive and fruitful discussion on the relevant" topics. Despite the Europeancharacter of the workshop series, interested scientists from all over the world areinvited to attend."The 41st WOCSDICE will follow the format of previous editions: both invited andshort submitted papers will be presented during the" three days meeting, detailinglatest results on electronic, optoelectronic, and integrated compoundsemiconductor devices.Special" attention will be devoted to providing a forum for young scientists tocommunicate their work and to promote intensive and fruitful discussions on therelevant topics.For further information: http://wocsdice2017.iuma.
