CSP - 4th International Conference on Nanogenerators and Piezotronics
Abstract
The 4th International Conference on Nanogenerators and Piezotronics (NGPT2018) will be taken place in Seoul, Korea from 8th to 11th of May 2018.The NGPT 2018 Conference hosted by the Korean Institute of Electrical andElectronic Material Engineers (KIEEME), and sponsored by Seoul Convention &Visitors Bureau, Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies(KOFST), Korea Tourism Organization(KTO), and Office of Naval ResearchGlobal (ONRG) will address the science and technological progresses and bringtogether renowned experts from various universities, industries and developmentinstitutes in the world.For sure, NGPT 2018 will be a great opportunity for participants to form newglobal networks with new colleagues from all over the world. The conference willalso be a unique occasion for students to introduce their works, some of themhaving the possibility to take part to the student contest, and for exhibitors tomeet their customers.The International Conference on Nanogenerators and Piezotronics (NGPT) aimsat fundamental understandings and practical development of the nanoscalemechanical energy conversion materials and systems, and the coupling effectbetween piezoelectric polarization and semiconductor behaviors andfunctionalities. Recent studies on theoretical and experimental study ofpiezoelectric and ferroelectric nanomaterial development; systematic design andoptimization of nanogenerators; coupling effect between piezoelectric orferroelectric polarization and semiconductor properties (including electronic bandstructure, diodes, optoelectronicfs, photovoltaics, thermoelectrics, catalysts,photoelectrochemistry, etc.) are particularly discussed.We are inviting you to attend the Conference and hope the NGPT 2018 will be astimulating, motivating and richly rewarding international platform for everyparticipant who will get a momentum for enhancing the insights to this field.
