Abstract
47th International School & Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors"Jaszowiec 2018??? is an event which brings together prominent experts from abroad field of semiconductor physics. It has been held in South of Poland fornearly fifty years. The "Jaszowiec" Conference has become an internationallyrecognized event and is well known in the world community of semiconductorphysics. The conference covers the most up-to-date and relevant scientificproblems classified as belonging to the semiconductor physics in a very broadsense.
