Support to ICIUS 2019
Abstract
The 15th annual International Conference on Intelligent Unmanned Systems (ICIUS 2019) will be held in Beijing, China, on August 27 - 29, 2019. This is the 15th year of ICIUS, which is a well-established global forum for international researchers to present and share their most recent work and innovative ideas in the areas of unmanned systems, robotics, automation, and intelligent systems. The past conferences were held in in Seoul Korea (2005, 2006, 2009, 2018), Indonesia (2007, 2010, 2015), China (2008, 2016), Japan (2011), Singapore (2012), India (2013), and Canada (2014), and Taiwan (2017).This year, the organizers expect approximately 150 participants from at least 10 countries to present 90+ papers. ICIUS is a well-established annual conference, which attracts high-quality participants from both the academia and industry. ICIUS addresses the rapidly changing state of the art in unmanned vehicles (USVs), and Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs)), robotics, automation, intelligent systems, and biomimetics. The conference is designed not only to facilitate the presentation and discussion of the recent important work by the participants, but also to encourage the discussion of insights into the paths ahead for fundamental research, device development and technology deployment. ONRG has supported this conference for the past several years. The ICIUS community allows the DOD S&T community with the in-depth access to its community members~ latest research.
