International Conference on New Trends in Nonequilibrium Stochastic Multistable Systems and Memristors (NES2019)

Abstract

Memristors nanomaterials and technologies. Role of the metastability and noise inthe switching dynamics of memristor devices from both theoretical andexperimental point of view, within an interdisciplinary context. Out-of-equilibriumsystems and related nonlinear relaxation processes.- Development of memristors as building blocks for quantum and neuromorphiccomputing. Three main areas of out-of-equilibrium statistical mechanics will becovered: long range interactions and multistabili-ty, anomalous diffusion, and quantum systems.- New trends such as new stochastic nonlinear models, phase transitions phenomenain filamentary switching in resistive random-access memory, control of memorylifetime and memcomputing.
