31st European Signal Processing Conference (EUSIPCO-2023)

Abstract

The 31st European Signal Processing Conference, EUSIPCO 2023, will be held for the first time in Helsinki, Finland, in Sept. 4-8, 2023. EUSIPCO is the premier European conference on signal processing and offers a comprehensive technical program addressing all thelatest developments in research and technology for signal processing. The 31st edition of EUSIPCO will be held in Helsinki, the vivid capitol city of Finland. Helsinki is well-known of its sea-facing landscape, diverse architecture, world-famous design, and Nordic cuisine. The conference will be held at Scandic Grand Marina Congress Center, located in beautiful harbor area of the city center of Helsinki, with only a short walking distance from the historic district of Helsinki. The EUSIPCO 2023 technical program will include keynotes by distinguished speakers, tutorials and special sessions, and cutting-edge research presentations on topics that are driving the information revolution and signal processing today. Over 600 participants (professors, researchers, students, industry specialists, exhibitors and engineers, etc.) are expected to attend. Please visit the following link for further information: http://eusipco2023.org The specific methods and media platforms for the sharing of information include, but are not limited to the following: - Special Sessions with topics such as Reverberant Environments, High-Dimensional data, ultrasound signal processing, brain organization, next-generation wireless communications, Signal processing and ML for autonomous dynamic systems and beyond 5G. - 3 Minutes Thesis Contest for graduate students where they have been invited to submit videos in which they summarize their thesis in 3 minutesor less. This will draw young and ambitious researchers to engage with the more established community. - Paper writing competitionfor graduate and undergraduate students # in addition to accepting papers for poster sessions and presentations, the organizing committee will also sponsor a writing competition to encourage scientists to prepare outstanding written text presenting their latest findings. - Tutorial session (3 or 6 hrs) on novel and emerging areas in signal processing so that both young and old can learn more about various hot or up and coming aspects of the field.Further information can be found at https://eusipco2023.org/The BAA grant will be used to cover facility, travel, or equipement expenses occurred due to organization of this non-profit international scientific conference that falls within the key research fields of Office of Naval Research (ONR).
