SPACE WEEK NORDESTE 2023 SPACE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF NATURE AND SOCIETY
Abstract
Short Work StatementThe Space Week Nordeste 2023 will provide an appropriate and timely meeting framework for space scientists, students and general public to discuss and gain knowledge on Space Science and Technologies for the Benefit of Nature and Society. On the one hand, and based on several invited seminars, along four days, a panel of experts in the field of Space Science and related technologies will discuss different aspects of this science and its applications in the benefit of nature and a sustainable society. On the other hand, the Space Week Nordeste 2023 will encourage and foster scientific communications and show the use of innovative data science methods and artificial intelligence algorithms for end-to-end satellite data processing transforming it in useful information for all kind of users, adding value to complementary education and training activities. The Space Week Nordeste 2023 will also gather undergraduate and graduate students for training, across minicourses,in the use and application of Earth Observation data as well as in themes related to innovation in science education.
