Abstract
Nanotechnology has emerged as a multidisciplinary field of science and technology, revolutionizing different sectors of science, technology and industry due to the enhanced properties of matter at the nanoscale. The #Nanotechnology Conference - Sonora 2024# (previously named #Semana de NanotecnologÃa#) is committed to bringing scientists, engineers and industry professionals together to sharetheir scientific and technological discoveries, discuss their challenges and propose applications of nanotechnological products. The goal of the event is to expand the edges of knowledge and applications of novel nanodevices in fields of medicine, semiconductor and the energy industry, with a focus on improving the quality of life.The Nanotechnology Conference - Sonora 2024 will advance the state of the art of nanoscience and nanotechnology by showcasing cutting-edge research and fostering the exchange of ideas among leading national and international experts. This event aims to enhance collaboration and strengthen connections across various domains of nanoscience.The conference will feature plenary lectures, technical presentations, workshops and poster sessions covering a wide range of nanotechnology related topics divided in three areas: #Nanobiomaterials, Advanced Nanomaterials and Computational Nanotechnology#. Additionally, the conference will promote social and scientific interaction among researchers, students and industry from institutions and companies around the world.
