HIV/AIDS PREVENTION PROGRAM UGANDA

Abstract

The purpose of this Grant is to fund HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in support of the Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), Executive Agent for the DoD HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP). This effort shall be carried out as set forth in the Grantee’s proposal, “Towards HIV Eradication Amongst Ugandan Military Through Test And Treat”, copies of which are in possession of both parties and incorporated herein by reference. This grant is issued against the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number N00244-17-S-FO01 entitled: “FY17 – FY18 Department of Defense HIV/AIDS Prevention Program: Military Specific HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment Program for non-0PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) Funded Countries”.
