HIV/AIDS Prevention Program Togo

Abstract

The purpose of this Grant is to fund HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in support of the Naval Health Research Center, Executive Agent for the DoD HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP). This effort shall be carried out as set forth in the Grantee’s proposal, “COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGY TO SCALE UP THE MILITARY ART PROGRAM TO ACHIEVE THE 90-90-90 GOALS FOR HIV EPIDEMIC CONTROL WITHIN THE MILITARY”, copies of which are in the possession of both parties and incorporated herein by reference. This grant is issued against the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number N00244-17-S-FO01 entitled: “FY17 – FY18 Department of Defense HIV/AIDS Prevention Program: Military Specific HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment Program for PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) Funded Countries”.
