HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP) BENIN

Abstract

The purpose of this Grant is to fund HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in support of the Naval Health Research Center, Executive Agent for the DoD HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP). This effort shall be carried out as set forth in the Grantee’s proposal, “Enhancing the resilience of the Beninese National s Army", copies of which are in the possession of both parties and incorporated herein by reference. This grant is issued against the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number N00244-17-S-FO01 entitled: “FY17 – FY18 Department of Defense HIV/AIDS Prevention Program: Military Specific HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment Program for PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) Funded Countries”.
