HIV/AIDS Prevention Program Vietnam

Abstract

The purpose of this Grant is to fund HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in support of the Naval Health Research Center, Executive Agent for the DoD HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP). This effort shall be carried out as set forth in the Grantee’s proposal, “Strengthening HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Treatment and Related Critical Programs Towards Sustainability in Vietnam’s Military”, copies of which are in the possession of both parties and incorporated herein by reference. This grant is issued against the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number N00244-19-S-FO02 entitled: “FY19 – FY20 Department of Defense HIV/AIDS Prevention Program: Military Specific HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment Program for PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) Funded Countries.”
