HIV/AIDS Prevention Program DJIBOUTI

Abstract

The purpose of this Grant is to fund HIV/AIDS Prevention Program in support of the Defense Health Agency for the DoD HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP). This effort shall be carried out generally as set forth in the Grantee’s proposal, “Our Proposal as Implementing Partner for FAD/GENDARMERIE HIV Program Djibouti-Forces Armees Djiboutiennes (FAD) and Gendarmerie (GEND) Partnership for Sustainable HIV Epidemic Control” dated 11 Oct 2019, copies of which are in the possession of both parties and incorporated herein by reference. The Grantee agrees to obtain the written concurrence of the Grantor for any desired deviation from the proposal. This grant is issued against the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number N00244-19-S-F002 entitled: “FY19 – FY20 Department of Defense HIV/AIDS Prevention Program: Military Specific HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment Program for PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) Funded Countries.”
