Quiness: On-chip single photon detectors for hybrid photonic quantum networks

Abstract

The scope of the work is to develop and realize waveguide-integrated superconducting single photon (WISSP) detectors in the hybrid photonic platform and to demonstrate frequency-selective detection of photons emitted from an on-chip single nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center in diamond. The goal is to enable scalable quantum network formation.
