Nursery and Irrigation Study
Abstract
The objective of this SOW is to support the FGA Environmental Division in implementing provisions of the INRMP and Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan in order to provide healthy and resilient environments that are sustainable high quality settings for military training and to protect and enhance biological diversity and ecological health on all Department of Defense (DoD) lands, and to ensure compliance with all environmental laws and regulations. Specific objectives that apply to this project include: Protect and enhance wetlands and watersheds. Repair, re-vegetate and enhance training areas. Protect soil, water and vegetative resources by preventing or mitigating soil erosion through conservation practices. Improve water quality and increase long and short-term effectiveness of land uses.
