BELUGA ACOUSTIC MONITORING
Abstract
The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to provide technician-level support1 to JBER principal marine mammal investigator. The cooperative agency shall provide a lead technician with demonstrated experience driving a 26 foot ocean craft for research purposes in upper Cook Inlet (preferentially Knik Arm). The cooperator shall identify any additional anticipated needs prior to award (i.e. those not included in this SOW but deemed necessary to complete the outlined tasks). However, given the harsh environment of the study area, the cooperator, in coordination with the Corps of Engineers Project Manager and the JBER technical POC, may use available project funds as necessary to cover unexpected project costs (eg damaged or lost equipment).
