ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION PREVENTION AND NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Abstract
Cooperator will perform tasks to support the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Environmental (ENV) Division Pollution Prevention and Natural and Cultural Resource Management and Sustainability programs through a cooperative agreement between the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Alaska District and the awarded Cooperator. In accordance with FAR 7.503(e), projects provided for execution under this cooperative agreement by USACE do not include any functions to be performed that are inherently governmental. This determination is made with the assessment that places emphasis on the degree to which conditions and facts restrict the discretionary authority, decision-making responsibility, or accountability of Government officials using contractor services or work products.
