PIUTE PONDS MANAGEMENT PLAN AND IMPROVEMENT EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, CALIFORNIA
Abstract
Cooperator shall utilize expertise in ecosystem management and wetland management to update the 2014 Piute Ponds Complex Management Plan. Update and clarify existing language, including appendices, to reflect current state of the art in ecosystem and wetland management IAW with Air Force Policy and the Edwards AFB mission. The update should identify and remove language and/or sections/appendices that are unnecessary or redundant. The plan should serve as a framework to guide the management, protection, and restoration of wildlife habitat at the Piute Ponds Complex while integrating and supporting recreation and the priority operational mission of Edwards AFB (EAFB) and Los Angeles County Sanitation District 14.
