To Provide Natural Resource Technical Expertise For the United States Army Joint Base Lewis-McChord
Abstract
Cooperator personnel shall provide technical expertise pursuant to the Sikes Act, which enables federal entities to work towards “the conservation and rehabilitation of natural resources on such installations.” To achieve this overarching goal, the Cooperator will provide support to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations for base projects by providing support to staff biologists with their work on JBLM Fish and Wildlife conservation projects.
