Super-Resolution and Deterministic Sampling Masks For Image Reconstruction
Abstract
The objective of this proposal is to create an innovative framework of harmonic analysis for super resolution of images or videos. The proposed effort focuses on the design of deterministic sampling masks that enable optimal image reconstruction, which is achieved by using spatial interpolation and spectral extrapolation.
