Electrocorticography Workshop
Abstract
Funds are requested to partially support the Seventh International Workshop on Advances in Electrocorticography (ECoG), which was held November 13-14, 2014 in Washington, DC, as an official satellite to the Annual Meeting of the Society for Neuroscience. In accordance with the budget, these funds are requested to help cover the following expenses: brochures, postage & handling, miscellaneous items such as certificates, supplies, name badges, etc., SfN satellite conference registration fee(s), any hotel fees incurred such as conference room rental/set-up and breakdown, AV, refreshments/meals, faculty dinner, travel expenses for the organizer/co-organizers due to the deficit in conference revenue. No other funds will be co-mingled with Army funds. Speakers cover their own travel, but do not pay a registration fee. SFN and CME regulations did not allow for industry displays in the workshop area. US Army funds will not be used for payment to any federal government employee.
