Reaction Network Reconstruction for Modeling of Dynamic Pathways

Abstract

This project has three main connected goals: 1. Compute reduced reaction networks (RRNs) for alkane fuels. 2. Analyze each RRN by employing probabilistic network analysis and graph spectral theory. 3. Compare the characteristics of the RRNs of set of similar fuels to find similarities and recurring patterns.
