Abstract
Vivian Burey Marshall Academy (VBMA) has been operational for the past 3 years working in the Baltimore, MD and Vicksburg, MS communities. To date, the program has made considerable strides in the day-to-day operations as well as programmatic efforts. This report provides insight into from September 2017-August 2018. Additionally, this report makes recommendations and addresses goals for Year 4.
