Complex models on Graph Based Topological Spaces

Abstract

The major goals are 1. Autoimmune models 2. Cognitive Dsyfunction and Consciousness Models 3. Models for Optimal Search through rapidly changing terrain All models are built on a graph framework of nodes and edges. The edges are processing functions which take information from a set of input nodes and compute an output for presentation to a set of output nodes. The format of the output does not have to be a scalar. It could be any form and the usefulness of the edge output format is determined by the usefulness of the data structures used in algorithm implementation. Theoretical studies and simulation codes are developed to understand these models.
