2019 Materials Research Society (MRS) Spring Meeting
Abstract
The 2019 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit is the key forum to present research to an interdisciplinary and international audience. It provides a window on the future of materials science, and offers an opportunity for researchersÑfrom students and postdoctoral fellows, to Nobel and Kavli Prize LaureatesÑto exchange technical information and network with colleagues. MRS is an organization of materials researchers worldwide that promotes communication for the advancement of interdisciplinary materials research and technology to improve the quality of life. MRS members hail from physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics and engineeringÑthe full spectrum of materials researchÑand they choose MRS because it is important to their work and their careers. Funding is requested from the Army Research Office to allow symposium organizers to cover registration fees and provide partial travel reimbursement for invited speakers, early-career researchers and students based on merit and need.
