WOCSDICE EXMATEC 2022 - 45th Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits held in Europe & 16th Expert Evaluation and Control of Compound Semiconductor Materials and Technologies
Abstract
The aim of the 2022 joint edition of the 45th WOCSDICE and 16th EXMATEC conferences is to bring together internationally recognized researchers, young scientists and engineers to present state-of-the-art research findings in the areas of compound semiconductors, ranging from materials fabrication, characterization and processing to their use in devices and integrated circuits. The idea is to address new results in short presentations in order to initiate an intensive and fruitful discussion on the relevant topics. Despite the European character of the conference series, interested people from all over the world are invited to attend. The event will follow the format of previous ones: both invited and short submitted papers will be presented during the four-day meeting, detailing latest results on electronic, optoelectronic and integrated compound semiconductor devices. Special attention will be devoted to providing a forum for young scientists to communicate their work and to promote intensive and fruitful discussion on the relevant topics. The WOCSDICE EXMATEC joint event will be co-organized by different Portuguese institutions, among which IT - Instituto de Telecomunicacoes (Aveiro site).
