Scoping Study for High Throughput Data Analytics
Abstract
This proposal seeks to address the following requirements: Technologies, services and techniques for innovative access to workflow management on HPC resources, e.g. remote visualization tools and techniques for content-based management and analysis of terabyte scale data. Development of parallel data compression algorithms and the application of scalable parallel algorithms to DoD S&T applications. The proposed research is complementary to current and/or anticipated ERDC-ITL research efforts in areas related to high performance computing and also has the potential to create new R&D opportunities elsewhere in this technical area.
