The purpose of this cooperative agreement between the Engineer Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) and The University of Illinois is to conduct collaborative research. This research shall be conducted in accordance with the Recipient s Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Technical Proposal titled “Analytical Biology, Chemistry and Engineering Evaluation of Advanced Water Reuse Technologies for Fixed Installations” received 3 March 2016 and any amendments thereto
