Categorization and Localization of Blast Noise
Abstract
The purpose ofthis cooperative agreement between the Engineer Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is to conduct collaborative research. This research shall be conducted in accordance with the Recipient s CESU Technical Proposal titled "Categorization and Localization of Blast Noise" received February 18, 2016 and any amendments thereto.
