Abstract
The purpose of this cooperative agreement between the Engineer Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) and The University of Alabama at Birmingham is to conduct collaborative research. This research shall be conducted in accordance with the Recipient s Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Technical Proposal titled “Designing Responsive Nanostructured Multilayer Hydrogels for Molecular Activation” received November 30, 2016 and any amendments thereto.
