Abstract
The purpose of this cooperative agreement between the Engineer Research and Development Center - Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) and Colorado State University is to conduct collaborative research. This research shall be conducted in accordance with the Recipient s Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units (CESU) Technical Proposal titled “Developing a Holistic Modeling Infrastructure System for Multi-Model Interoperability for Complex Urban Environments” received January 9, 2017 and any amendments thereto.
