Abstract

The research project s objectives are to Continue long-term monitoring of the Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Texas homed lizard population size and density on Wildlife Reserve 3 and satellite areas, improve previous methods and introduce novel techniques for tracking hatchlings and Juveniles, evaluate hatchling, juvenile, and adult survival rates of Texas homed lizards on Wildlife Reserve 3, develop a baseline understanding of host sldn and gut microbiome diversity and structure in wild and head-start lizards.
