LGM-30G Pendulous Integrating Gyroscopic Accelerometer Build Equipment Replacement (PIGA BER)
Abstract
The Missile Guidance Set (MGS) repair is dependent on the proper functioning of the PIGA build equipment. The PIGA build and test equipment used at the repair facility is well over twenty years old and is becoming unsustainable due to obsolescence issues. This program will modify or replace two Digital Pickoff Alignment stations, two Electrical Alignment stations, two Alignment Test stations, one Torque Test station, one Temperature Probe Calibration station, two Fluid Fill stations and one Slip Ring/Module Test station.
