Universe of Transactions Defense Wide Appropriation General Fund

Abstract

Plan, develop, test and evaluate the system components (i.e. unified database, cross domain security, applications, services) and supportability requirements in creating a universe of transactions for the Defense Wide General Fund Appropriation financial audit. The funds will be used to support increments three, four, five, and six per the schedule.
