Multi-mode system Payloads for Enhanced Targeting
Abstract
This effort demonstrates improved targeting capabilities, especially against difficult camouflage, concealment, and defilade targets, by combining the wide area search and identification capabilities of hyperspectral imaging with the 3-dimensional target identification and through foliage/camouflage capabilities of laser radar (LADAR) for target range interrogation.
