The Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) requested budget provides funding to start the Release 4 requirements analysis, design, and build for the integrated Pay solution for Active, National Guard, and Reserve Components and; the design and build of enhancements approved by Army Senior Leaders for development beginning in FY23.
