Abstract

This project, in support of maritime boarding parties, will develop hardware, software, and concept of employment for the collection of data from digital devices (e.g. Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), cell phones and computers). The device produces output that meets the data requirements for the Office of Naval Intelligence’s SeaPort database , improves interoperability; and, using communications systems, provides rich data to the intelligence community for rapid analysis and exploitation. Quick return of the results to maritime boarding parties enables them to take swift action against our adversaries.
