12) Operational Effects and Planning

Abstract

Provide tools to enable the assessment and mitigation of impacts at the personnel, system, tactical, operational and strategic levels. Develop and institutionalize consensus-based, scientifically sound data and analytical methods to link CBRN exposures to relevant operational effects and to enhance test and evaluation. Program merged in FY20 under Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Project CB2, Decision Management.
