RI: Nuclear Survivability

Abstract

Project RI (Nuclear Survivability) provides the capability for DoD nuclear forces and their associated control and support systems and facilities in wartime to avoid, repel, endure, or withstand attack or other hostile action, to the extent that essential functions can continue or be resumed after the onset of hostile action.
