Abstract
All aspects of research, design, development, prototyping, and production of test assets for new countermeasures leading to fielding of new countermeasure capabilities. May also include development of advanced manufacturing methods and capabilities. Note: This is not a new start in FY25. This thrust area continues efforts previously conducted under the Countermeasure Development and Testing
