Abstract
The funds in the GCSS-Army Increment 1 RDT&E line are for continuous enhancements. After transition to capability support phase, the RDT&E funding will be used to execute system change requests to enhance sustainment activities, accountability, auditability, and calculations of total cost of ownership.
