(U) Science & Tech Management - ONR Headquarters
Abstract
This project funds all basic non-labor costs of Office of Naval Research Management Headquarters Activity (MHA) in support of the entire Navy S&T program. The FY 2017 funding was realigned from the Science Programs into this newly established PE. The decrease in funding from FY 2017 to FY 2018 reflects the transfer of ONR Non-Labor MHA support for the Navy S&T programs to PE 0605898N Management HQ - R&D.
