Technology Watch/Horizon Scanning
Abstract
The program utilizes multiple analytic methodologies to identify nascent technologies characterize the future global S&T operating environment. This characterization, in combination with other technical analysis performed by OSI&A, will inform strategic technology development decisions across the OUSD(R&E) Enterprise. OSI&A will work in collaboration with international allies and partners to further the field of critical and emerging technology research and analysis.
