Abstract
Assess, develop, evaluate, and demonstrate common solid and liquid propulsion technology and manufacturing leading up to a static fires and/or a flight test. Develop strategic propulsion capability and explore improvements to current and future systems. Supports the research and development industrial base and critical infrastructure.
