System design and development; EMD test vehicle manufacturing; prime contractor Developmental and Operational test, and Logistics Management Information (LMI) data development. NOTE: The increase in Product & Development between FY17 & FY18 ($29.297M) is attributed to the procurement of 4 Full-up System Level (FUSL) vehicles, Contractor support Initial Operational Test & Evaluation (IOT&E), and Live Fire Test & Evaluation (LFT&E), and FUSL-vehicle Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) procurement.
