Containerized Kitchen, Modular
Abstract
Integrate the Anny's new Modular Appliance Burner and modular appliances developed for the Battlefield Kitchen into the Containerized Kitchen Platform. Replacing the open combustion appliances on the CK eliminates a key safety issue and the modular appliances are 20-40% more fuel efficient. Sharing the modular concept across all Army Field Feeding Platforms cuts the life cycle support costs significantly.
