Abstract
Provide competency management tool to manage leader attributes characteristics of the individual that shape the motivations for actions and bearing, and how thinking affects decisions and interactions with others; enhancement of counseling capabilities linked to the Individual Development Plan and current Counselor functions to provide greater functions and access to specific information by various counselors in support of Army Transition; enhance sponsorship functions to provide ease of execution and enhanced workflow between the many sponsorship Stakeholders
