Advancing Concepts and Technology Forecasting
Abstract
Advancing Concepts identifies emerging and disruptive basic scientific research outcomes in order to translate, integrate, and ingrain research outcomes with Army Warfighting Concepts which describe how the Army will fight in the far-term future. Technology Forecasting provides long-range, scientifically grounded technology forecasts of basic research topics to enable informed decision-making.
