Program Operations

Abstract

This activity funds the Government, contractor, and Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) workforce that manage the overall Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) program and enable the program to develop, build, and test standard missiles and the associated Aegis Weapon Systems. Includes all operations support for the Aegis program office in Engineering, Testing, Logistics, Acquisition, Safety, Quality Assurance, Finance, Budget Formulation and Execution, Cost Estimation, and Earned Value Management in support of development activities.
