Improved Mortar Manufacturing
Abstract
Evaluates a manufacturing capability for new nickel alloy mortar tubes to provide improved weapons at lower cost. This will be achieved by applying state of the art Inconel electrochemical manufacturing technology. This technology is currently being employed in full rate production of various General Electric aircraft engines.
